Lacking self-esteem is difficult and energy draining. It can lead to a lot of overthinking and the prospect of a change can seem unrealistic and impossible. But with some targeted tools and exercises that lead to a better understanding and acceptance of yourself, you can successfully strengthen your self-esteem.

Strengthen Your Self-Esteem in 8 weeks

Our self-esteem boost package is a profound process that helps you appreciate the person you are and believe in yourself and your own qualities. The programme is divided into three phases.

1. Self-esteem and how it can be strengthened

You gain an understanding of what self-esteem is and how it can be strengthened. You also learn to manage your negative thoughts about yourself so you can thrive better in your everyday life. 

Session 1: In which area of your life do you encounter a lack of self-esteem and how can it be strengthened? We identify the areas in your life where you lack self-esteem, how it manifests and why it is a problem. We talk about what self-esteem is and what it takes for you to strengthen it.

Session 2: We work with overthinking. We often have a tendency to focus on negative thoughts when we lack self-esteem, and this can maintain us in a negative state. Therefore, I teach you an efficient method that helps you manage your thoughts and stop overthinking.

2. Back to Your Core: Who am I and what do I stand for?

You get the opportunity to get to know yourself on a deeper plan with the help of a personality test and by identifying your core values. That way, you will be better able to come back to yourself (YOUR Core) when you doubt yourself.

Session 3: I help you find out what is important for you to thrive in your life by identifying your core values. Knowing your core values helps you make difficult decisions and to come back to your Core when you feel in doubt or lost. 

 

Session 4: We look at your personality type. Through a personality test, you find out who you are as a person. You gain a deep understanding of why you act the way you do, what your strengths and weaknesses are, as well as what you need to focus on, in difficult times, in order to quickly regain balance.

3. Creating changes in your brain for ever

We work with the patterns, beliefs and fears that hold you back from having a good self-esteem. Through open questions and targeted exercises, I help you create the changes needed so you can believe in yourself.

Session 5: Who am I if I have good self-esteem?

 

Session 6: We create and ancher a strengthened state of mind in Yourself so you can always activate it when needed. I use NLP tools to help you find a state that feels nice, strong and motivating for you and make sure to store that feeling in you so you can always come back to it.

Wrap-up session

Session 7: We summarise, evaluate and talk about how you can use that knowledge for the rest of your life.
