Stress Management with a focus on Positive Communication

This workshop gives your team a good understanding of what stress is, how it manifests but also how it affects our communication. It provides tools to reduce our individual stress and communicate better, so stress can be stopped and doesn’t spread within the organisation. The workshop brings forward the understanding on how important communication is to thrive at work, and concrete tools to listen actively and communicate constructively, also when it comes to delivering difficult messages.

Stress Management & Positive Communication Workshop 

The first part of this workshop focuses on stress. We identify what stress is, what happens in our body when we experience stress and look into the difference between short-term stress and long-term stress. Then we start looking at the effect of stress on our communication, and how stress and negativity can spread within the organization if we are not careful.

 

Later on we look into what we can do at an individual level to reduce, manage and prevent stress; and how we can be aware of our verbal but also nonverbal communication to improve the way we communicate with each other and thereby reduce misunderstanding at work.

 

The workshop includes many small group exercises to make the learning more entertaining and to help practice and remember the models provided.

This workshop costs between DKK 10,000 and DKK 20.000 excl. VAT depending on the number of participants.
